No- registration of firms for Stores procurement is done by COS/CON/N.F.Rly. The firms registered by COS,N.F.RLY (Open line) are used by this unit whenever required.  In addition the firms registered/ approved by RDSO for track items and S&T items are utilized as per extant guidelines.
