NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF N.F. RAILWAY (CONSTRUCTION).
Rajesh Kumar Singh, has taken over the charge of General Manager, N.F.
Railway (Construction) on 16.1.2013.
Prior to this he was Chief Electrical Engineer, East
Central Railway, Hajipur. Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, belongs to Indian
Railway Service of Electrical Engineer (IRSEE of 1976 batch).
Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, graduated from IIT/Roorkee and
joined Indian Railways on 29.9.1977 as AEE/TRS/Kurla Car Shed, Central
During his distinguished career, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh,
held various important positions as Additional Divisional Railway Manager,
N.E. Railway, Varanasi. Divisional Railway Manager, Chakradharpur, South
Eastern Railway, Executive Director, Railway Board, Chief Electrical
Engineer, West Central Railway, Jabalpur, Chief Administrative Officer,
Madhepura Workshop, East Central Railway.
He has dealt with all facets of Electrical Engineering on
Indian Railway. He has been also Deputy Railway Advisor, Embassy of India
67th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATED AT
N. F. RLY. CONSTRUCTION HD. QRS.
The 67th Independence Day celebrated at N.F.Railway Construction Hd.
Qrts. complex with proper enthusiasm. Shri R. K. Singh, General
Manager/Con unfurled the National Tri-color followed by National Anthem
and Rashtriya Salute. He also took salute of the RPF contingent. In his
Independence Day Speech, he briefed about Construction Organisations’
performance in the past and various plans for the future and urged upon
all for good services.
In the ceremony, a cultural programme was also held where patriotic
songs and dance was performed by the children of staff. GM/Con also
presented award to the winners’ of “On the spot Drawing & Painting
Competition” by the children of staff held on 11-08-2013. Later Shri Singh
also inaugurated a newly constructed Annexe Office Building in the HQ
